   Mayor’s Fund to Advance New York City
   The Mayor’s Fund to Advance New York City* is a private, not-for-profit corporation established in 1994 to develop partnerships between the City of New York and the private sector. The Mayor’s Fund raises money to promote the general welfare of the City’s residents and aid civic improvements. It does not fundraise on behalf of private institutions or individuals. The Fund supports the work of many City Agencies including Education, Parks, Health, and Cultural Affairs, and raises funds for many quality of life initiatives.

       The Evelyn and Walter Haas, Jr. Fund is a private family foundation established by Evelyn D. Haas and Walter A. Haas, Jr. that has awarded more than $300 million in grants since its founding in 1953. The Fund is located in San Francisco, California. The Fund strives to contribute in meaningful and effective ways at the local, state and national levels to create a just and caring society where all people are able to live, work and raise their families with dignity.

       National League of Cities
       The Institute for Youth, Education, and Families (YEF Institute) at the National League of Cities (NLC) is partnering with CFE to encourage continued innovation among municipal leaders as they seek to create and refine programs to help residents build, grow, and protect their assets. NLC is the country’s oldest and largest national organization representing the interests of cities. The YEF Institute is a special entity within NLC which was launched in recognition of the roles that mayors, city council members, and other local leaders can play in strengthening families and improving outcomes for children and youth. Through the Cities Helping Families Build Assets Project, the YEF Institute has helped a number of city leaders increase their capacity to help families increase their economic stability by providing customized technical assistance to develop and implement local asset-building agendas.

       The Clinton Economic Opportunity Initiative (CEO), a project of the William J. Clinton Foundation, works to help families, individuals, and communities in the United States achieve greater levels of progress and prosperity. CEO's financial mainstream effort is working to help more Americans gain access to safer, lower-cost financial services and to develop and sustain good financial practices. CEO is a part of the William J.
